  1. This utility will automatically send a mes   
  2. sage to a caller who uploads one or more     
  3. files when calling your system.  It requires 
  4. Dave Cody's excellent PostMaster (POSTMSTR)  
  5. program.  This is a new version of my prev
  6. UPLMSG release and can be run EITHER after
  7. each call, or later in an event to send msgs
  8. to ALL who uploaded since the last event!
